Breast Reconstruction Revision Gallery Patient 154948895

This is a 54 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 150 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a right mastectomy with tissue expander to implant based breast reconstruction (left augmentation to optimize symmetry) at an outside facility. She underwent a bilateral removal of implants, right DIEP flap with phasix mesh to the abdomen and left mastopexy to optimize symmetry. A few months later, she then underwent a right revision of reconstructed breast with CV nipple flap and autologous fat grafting to left infraclavicular hollow. She then elected for right 2D areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
