This 57 year old female is 5 feet and weighed 167 pounds at the time of her surgery. She presented to our office for breast reconstruction revision following a previous bilateral mastectomy in 2017 followed by implant based reconstruction. She elected for bilateral removal of implants, capsulectomies and placement of DIEP flaps and Phasix to the abdomen. For her final stage of reconstruction she elected for bilateral nipple/areola reconstruction.
