This 49 year old female is 5 feet 2 inches and weighed 150 pounds at the time of her surgery. She presented to our office for a breast reconstruction revision following a previous bilateral prophylactic mastectomy with tissue expander to implant based reconstruction in Washington, D.C in 2014. She elected for bilateral removal of implants, open capsulectomies, pectoralis major advancement flaps and DIEP flaps with Phasix to the abdomen. At her final stage she elected for bilateral nipple/areola reconstruction.
