This is a 37 year old female who is 5 feet 7 inches and weighed 123 pounds at the time of surgery. Due to strong family history of breast cancer she elected for bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of sub-pectoral tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of her tissue expanders, capsulotomies with placement of silicone gel breast implants. a few years later, she then underwent a bilateral removal of implants with capsulotomies and placement of bilateral, Mentor, Xtra high-profile, 465 cc silicone gel breast implants for breast reconstruction revision. Unfortunately shortly after she developed a chronic seroma and then underwent right removal of implant, capsulectomy with placement of smooth, round, high-profile, extra-filled, 465 cc silicone gel breast implant to complete her breast reconstruction revision.
