This is a 32 year old female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 160 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent a bilateral, sub-muscular, smooth, round, moderate-plus, Mentor, saline breast augmentation with right breast filled to 460 cc and left side filled to 400 cc with left crescent mastopexy to enhance and provide symmetry to her breasts.
