This 31 year old female is 5 foot 4 inches and 157 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent a saline breast augmentation mastopexy with placement of smooth, round, high profile, 460cc Mentor saline implants. The right saline implant was filled to 500cc and the left implant was filled to 490cc.
