Q: How long does BOTOX® Cosmetic last?
A: Allergan states that BOTOX® Cosmetic lasts approximately 3-4 months, but can sometimes last longer. Factors that may determine how long the BOTOX® will last are the strength of your facial muscles are, how often who engage those muscles with facial expressions, how physically activity you are, and patient preference of acceptable amount of facial muscle movement. Most of our patients return at around three months for their next treatment, and mark their calendars as a reminder.
